Not satisfied with your order? Return it within 30 days and receive a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all labels attached. You are responsible for the return shipping costs (€5–15, depending on the delivery location), and we will process your refund within 3 business days. Custom-engraved items can only be returned if we have made a mistake.
Our CDs, MCs, and LPs must be in their original foil packaging. We do not accept returns of unwrapped music media!
